The EMEP is a Communist party in Turkey; internationally it is part of the Hoxhaist ICMLPO. EMEP was founded in 1996 and has participated in most elections since then, usually as part of a leftist alliance.

The party symbol is a cog-wheel surrounding a globe, charged with the
letters "EMEP". The symbol, as used on flags, is usually yellow on red.
EMEP uses a variety of flags.

The flag most frequently seen (own observations and photos during demonstration against Munich Security Conference, 18 February 2017; photo,

party name, both in yellow. Details, especially width:length ratio may
differ somewhat.
Another vertical version (photo,

A horizontal variant exists (own observations and photos during demonstration against Munich Security Conference, 18 February 2017; photo,

table version as well.
Sometimes (observation by Jorge Candeias during a demonstration against war in Iraq, 19 March 2003; photo,

name.

There is also a yellow version of the vertical flag with the logo, but without the party name (photo, photo, photo).

In recent times a beach flag (photo, photo, photo) has appeared, too. In this case the logo is at the top, the party abbreviation appears beneath (one letter above the other), and the inscription "PARTİSİ" in bottom.

Emek Gençliği is the youth organization of the
EMEP.
The symbol of the organization shows two protesting youth (with raised fists) in black on red.

The horizontal version of the flag (photo,

different arrangement of the organization's name (in one line).
A similar flag with a yellow background was reported by Jorge Candeias during a demonstration against war in Iraq, 19 March 2003.
